Two Months!

Charlotte and Samuel hit two months over the weekend. It's crazy how fast it has gone. Today they had their two-month checkup with the pediatrician who was very impressed with how they are coming along. Charlie weighed in at 9lb 11oz and Sam was 8lb 7oz. Both of them now actually show up in the growth charts! Interestingly, their heads have identical circumferences. Even though Charlotte's head looks larger, Sam's is longer from front to back. The doctor was absolutely amazed at how long they keep their tummy-time/push-up pose when placed on their stomachs. Apparently they are exhibiting the behavior of 4-month babies in that department. We're really enjoying their development. They are increasingly playing with toys on the playmat, and they focus on our eyes and follow our voices too.
