Four Month Checkup

Stinks and Grunts had their four month checkup this past Tuesday. They are both looking great and gaining weight. Charlotte weighed in at 12lbs. 8oz. and Sam was 11lbs. 14oz. In a stunning development, though, Sammy has overtaken his sister in height and head size! They're both healthy and the Doc wants us starting on solid foods now (which all parents know, aren't all that solid!). The beer bottle is looking smaller and smaller all of the time. They are both smiling and laughing a lot more these days, and have developed a lot more coordination, holding onto rattles, blankets, burp cloths, and of course, Mommy's necklaces.
