A Mama Post!

Ellie is getting bigger so fast, it's hard to keep up with her! She had a doctor's visit this week - her 1st real cold, unfortunately. But the good new is we got a weight check - she's up to 9 1/2 pounds already! She's a good eater, and is turning out to be a pretty great sleeper too. Now that Nana has gone home (Boo!), she's been sleeping in her own room for some of the night. She slept from 7pm until 2am the other night! We had to keep checking on her to make sure she was still breathing, we were so surprised. Sam and Charlotte are doing well, too. Sam has taken to shushing Ellie - complete with finger wag - whenever he hears her crying. And Charlotte is turning out to be quite the little mama - she likes to hold Ellie's bottle for her, and is forever trying to get her to take a pacifier. Doesn't matter if Ellie is passed out cold; Chuckaloo is determined to get a "heart" in her mouth (the paci's have hearts on them, so that's what they're called.)
